NJDOE Career & Technical Education Computer Science Technology (4148) or Engineering Technology (2545) Certification Required.   

 

EFFECTIVE: 2026-2027 school year

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate (CE, Provisional, or Standard) with Career and Technical Education Area Computer Science Technology (4148) or Engineering Technology (2545) Endorsement;
• Demonstrated knowledge of a programming language, such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python;
• Demonstrated knowledge of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence;
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

 

REPORTS TO: Principal

 

SALARY RANGE: $69,710 - 96,960

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10-month position
